Knocknasillogue Beach is a beach with cliff dunes in east County Wexford, Ireland.
The spot may be an ideal beach filming location for scenes that need scale or isolation. The beach has some of the most extreme coastal dune cliffs in Wexford. The cliffs are around 10-15m high and their faces are textured with sand and coastal grasses. But the cliffs’ best feature is their length. From the entrance, they extend around 1.2km south in a straight line and around 5km north in a curving angle. Which means that with their height with their length gives the cliffs a dramatic sense of scale and incredible visual impact.
Also known as Knocknasillogue Bay Beach.
