Tinnaberna Beach

Features

Tinnabearna Beach is a scenic beach lined with cliffs in east County Wexford.

The beach may be an ideal location for filmmakers who need a beach with visual scale. The straight beach allows filmmakers to create a great deal of depth, which could give a sense of scale to shots. The secluded beach is lined with high and imposing cliffs that add to the sense of scale. The location is usually sandy, but can be covered with stones after storms.

The beach is popular for shore fishing and is often used for angling competitions. Wading birds and Sand Martins can often be seen on the beach.
