Poulshone Head
Features
Poulshone Head is a lonely promontory near Courtown in north-west County Wexford.
The promontory may be an ideal filming location for lonely coastal scenes. The high cliff of the promontory and the spot’s apparent isolation make the location feel very remote and inaccessible.
However, the location is actually very accessible and just around the bend of the headland is a holiday park. And just up the coast is the tourist village of Courtown.
5km north of Donaghmore Beach.
