About Ben Foakes

Ben Foakes, founder and CEO at Base, has enjoyed a diverse media career over the last 20+ years, from being an editor for Formula 1, to working on Bond movies, and building and running tech services companies for global clients.

Ben founded Base in 2014, having previously run a post facility. He believed there was a better way to deliver media technology services and spearheaded cloud native media services for borderless workflow. Ben loves creating solutions, mentoring teams and building new and innovative companies.
